About Designer

Tom Fischer

Tom Fischer initially worked as a chef in a renowned star Michelin star restaurant, before studying design at the academy for fine arts in Nurnberg. His collaboration with Nils Holger Moormann began in 2004 with the Buchstabler, a piece of individually configurable book furniture. In 2008 Tom Fischer founded his own furniture label Fischerundfritze and developed products that were produced in the area and are climate neutral. Tom Fischer lives and works in Nurnberg.
